By accessing and using Chatydesk by Ozprix Studios ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not utilize our platform. These terms govern the relationship between Ozprix Studios and you (the influencer, coach, consultant, or business entity subscribing to the platform).
Chatydesk provides a WhatsApp-integrated CRM, shared team inboxes, sales pipelines, broadcasts, and no-code message trigger automation. We act as a software service. To use Chatydesk, you must connect your own Meta Developer App/WhatsApp Cloud API account. You are responsible for any fees charged directly by Meta for message consumption.
You agree to use Chatydesk in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. Sending unsolicited spam broadcasts or violating Meta's rules may result in the suspension of your WhatsApp Business account by Meta. Ozprix Studios is not liable for account suspensions, blockages, or service interruptions initiated by Meta.
Ozprix Studios provides the software on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future WhatsApp Cloud API changes. To the maximum extent permitted by German law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms is the registered location of Ozprix Studios in Germany.
